Our publications

Since 2018 we've published four books covering our researches into the history of our local shops and pubs. These have been tremendously popular, we've sold several thousand copies both locally and further afield. Our book about Nunnery Lane was judged joint winner of the best Community Publication in 2021, in the national CILIP Alan Ball Local History Awards.

Our latest book, published in 2022, explores the industrial history of Clementhorpe, by the river.
